Artist, Designer & Technologist

Claiming my biases

I'm an artist.

Art isn't just painting. I believe that anything creative, passionate, and personal is art. An artist, in my view, is someone who uses bravery, insight, creativity, and boldness to challenge the status quo.

I'm a designer.

I believe that design thinking is a powerful tools for solving contemporary business challenges, especially when emotions and the human experience are involved.

I'm a technologist.

I advocate for the mindful integration of technology (aka Technourishment) to avoid zombie futurism. It's not just about integrating cutting edge technologies, but how they serve to enhance, not overshadow, our human experiences and interactions.

I am an essentialist.

I know that I can do anything, but not everything. So I choose the essential; the vital few; the things that matter to me most.

I am not in a hurry.

I don't want to hurry things. I believe that when you hurry something, that means you no longer care about it and want to move on to other things. Where as I want to get at it slowly, but also carefully and thorougly.
